After the guild meeting on April 26th, severak members delivered donation quilts to Safe Choice Pregnancy Care Center here in Ellijay.
Lainee (guild), Rhrenda (Pregnancy Center), and Sharon (guild)Each mother that comes in for the center's free services receives a blanket and can earn points by taking parenting classes. These points can be used to earn items such as diapers and baby cloths.
This coming Tuesday will be our Show & Tell for May. Before Show & Tell starts, we will have a member of the Georgia Quilt Council there to give us an update Councils efforts to obtain funding for the quilt museum.
